- If you are moving in or out of the property, you must know that trucks longer than 48’ are not allowed on the property. The size of our roads and space for turn-around can’t accommodate trucks larger than 48’ feet. If you contract for a truck that does not meet our size regulations the truck will be asked to leave the property immediately and you will pay any damages caused by the truck. Please advise your movers or delivery people regarding this rule. There are no exceptions.
