Garbage and Recycling
- Republic Waste picks up garbage every Friday morning except for on holiday weeks when it is moved to Saturday. Consult the calendar on the website for the holiday, compost and recycling schedule. Each unit should have one large trash container and one recycle container. If you do not have a trash or recycle container please contact Pasco and ask them to request one for you. Please secure your recyclables so they do not blow around the property. Kindly pick up trash if it blows around.
Satellite Dishes and Cable Service
- Dishes are permitted only by Board approval by submitting a complete modification request to the Board through Pasco. Dishes may not be visible from the front of the unit or attached to any portion of the deck. Besides a dish company, there are 2 other available options if a dish is not approved– Comcast and AT&T.
Exterminating and Pest Control
- The Association has a contract with Eradico who will come to your house and spray for bugs. You may call them directly at 248-477-4853. Our Arbors account number is #319916 and indicate that you are an Arbor’s resident. They will bill the Association.
- Note that we spray entire buildings when there are carpenter bee issues. Let us know if you see them in case it is warranted to spray your entire building.
